Boho Fest is a live festival featuring music, entertainment, food, shopping, wellness, art, adventure activities, and other experiences across multiple zones. The event may include, but is not limited to: Healing & Wellness Zone, Adventure Zone, Kids & Carnival Zone, Food Bazaar, Art Forest, Boho Market, Music and entertainment stages

• The organisers reserve the right to modify the event format, zones, activities, schedules, performers, attractions, or other programme details where reasonably necessary.

Tickets may be purchased through the official Boho Fest website and/or authorised ticketing partners. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:

• The information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
• You have reviewed the ticket type, quantity, date, and applicable terms before completing the purchase.

You agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Boho Fest Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Each ticket is valid only for the event, date, access category, and other details specified on the ticket. Tickets may be scanned or digitally verified at the venue before entry.

• Is invalid or cannot be verified
• Has been duplicated, altered, tampered with, or obtained through an unauthorized source
• Has already been scanned or used
• Does not correspond to the applicable event or access category

Entry to the event is subject to applicable security checks and venue rules. Re-entry is not permitted once a visitor has exited the venue. Visitors may be required to present their ticket and/or booking confirmation at the entry gate. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who violates the event rules or presents a security or safety concern.

Children below 13 years of age do not require a separate ticket, subject to the event's applicable entry rules. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of children accompanying them to the event.

Boho Fest is not a pet-friendly event. Pets and animals are not permitted inside the event premises, except for legally recognised service animals where applicable.

The organisers may make reasonable changes to: Artist line-up Performance timings Event schedule Activities Zones Attractions Venue arrangements Other event programming Changes to artists, performances, activities, or programming do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through official Boho Fest communication channels.

Visitors must comply with all reasonable health, safety, security, and venue instructions. The organisers may take appropriate measures, including temporarily restricting access to areas, activities, or facilities, where required for safety or operational reasons. Visitors are responsible for their own health and well-being while attending the event.

Information collected through the Boho Fest website and ticketing process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the website or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

All ticket cancellations and refunds are governed by the Boho Fest Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing your ticket.

All Boho Fest names, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, designs, text, videos, and other content published on the website or through official Boho Fest channels are owned by or licensed to Boho Fest and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or use such content without prior written permission.
